After running an internal recruitment division for a global software and services company for approx. 10 years, Sinead became a founding member of Parvana in 2006. Parvana’s success was rapid. The IT market in Cape Town was ready to embrace a fast, personal and heavily service orientated recruitment service. Parvana responded to the market demand and leveraged that success.
Today we have grown our offices, staff complement, IT infrastructure and markets. We have managed to maintain the same values with which we started and continue to build on those. After completing his B.Com (HONS) Degree, David started as a Developer and progressed to leading the South African office of a large Global Telecomms Software Company.
David understands IT professionals and management alike.
He also understands what it takes to build a talented team. In addition to recruiting David does consulting for a number of our key clients.
